1. General Provisions

1.1 Using LIGHT cheats - third-party cleo, scripts, visual cheats and other types of cheats that give advantage over the players ( ex.: GM, Aimbot, Autorepair, WallHack, SpeedHack, RapidFire, etc ... ) | WARN / BAN 15 days;
1.2 Using MEDIUM cheats that ruin the experience of other players ( ex.: Airbrake, Teleport, Collision, Weapon Config, Invismenu, SZ-Bypass, Anti-Spectate, etc ... ) BAN 30 days;
1.3 Using RAGE cheats that destroy the server and other players' game ( ex.: MultiCheat, Rvanka, Carshoot, SilentAim, Crasher, DGun, Coordmaster, ... ) | BAN-IP;
1.4 Escaping from punishment by creating new account | BAN-IP;
1.5 Using bot | BAN 30 days;
1.6 Using game mode bugs | WARN / BAN 15+ days;
1.6.1 Using game mode money bugs | BAN-IP;
1.7 Game money fraud | BAN-IP;
1.8 Multi-account (twinks) | BAN 15 days;
1.8.1 Frauds/cheating with multiaccounts | BAN 30 days on each account;
1.9 Cleo animation | BAN 10 days;
1.10 NonRP scam | BAN 30 days;
1.11 Lost / hacked account | BAN 30 days;
1.12 Extort property or money from players | BAN 30 days;
1.13 Frame/deliberately leak players/admins | BAN 30 days;
1.14 Distribution of prohibited software, as well as mods, thematic programs, cheats, cleo and so on (any resource) | BAN-IP;
1.15 Donate to another player in order to receive something through it | BAN 30 days;
1.16 The administration does not flip / repair / fuel players' cars. Exception: the administration has evidence that you were damaged not in any RP situation;
1.17 Complicity with the blacklisted player expressed in any form | BAN 10+ days;
1.18 Blackmailing anyone, by anything | BAN 30 days;
1.19 Renting a banner with an inappropriate content in game | JAIL 60 minutes;
1.20 Impersonating an administrator | BAN 30 days;
1.21 It is forbidden to use Nazi, fascist and other symbols (expressions) in any form, as well as its propaganda, Racism, or Religious fanaticism | BAN 10 days;
1.22 OOC sexual harassment or any violent acts of a sexual nature (also check 3.12.9) | BAN 10 days;
1.23 Mass violation of server rules | The BAN period increases with each violation: 5, 10, 15, 30 days.
1.24 Refusing / taking too long to attend to a File Check by the administrator | WARN.

2. Chatting

2.1 Insulting relatives | MUTE 120+ minutes / WARN;
2.1.1 Mentioning relatives (mq, rnq, etc.) | MUTE 30+ minutes;
2.2 Insulting the administration | MUTE 60 minutes / MUTE 120 minutes;
2.3 Insulting the Nation / discussion of politics | MUTE 60 minutes;
2.4 Insulting the server | WARN / BAN 30 Days;
2.4.1 Insulting the Server in Any Global Chat (/gov, /Ad, /V, /d, /f, etc) | BAN-IP
2.5 Insulting / swearing in OOC chat | MUTE 20+ minutes;

2.7 Offtopic in /report | RMUTE 20+ minutes;
2.7.1 Insulting Administrators in /Report | WARN;

2.9 MG (Metagaming - use of OOC information in IC) | MUTE 30+ minutes;
2.10 Transliteration | MUTE 10 minutes;
2.11 Caps (uppercase letters) | MUTE 10 minutes;
2.12 Deceiving the administration | MUTE 60 minutes / BAN 15+ days;
2.13 Flood (more than 3 same messages in a row) | MUTE 20 minutes;
2.13.1 Organized Flood (sending messages from different people, but with the same context) | MUTE 20 minutes for all flood participants;
2.13.2 Flood provocation | MUTE 20 minutes;
2.14 Third-party advertising | MUTE 60 minutes / BAN 30 days / BAN-IP;
2.15 Symbol abuse | MUTE 20 minutes;
2.16 Inappropriate behavior | MUTE 30+ minutes;
2.17 Provocation of the administration / player to the conflict | MUTE 30+ minutes;
2.18 Requesting spawn, issuance of transport, etc. | RMUTE 20 minutes;

3. Rules of RolePlay behavior on the server

3.1 DM (DeathMatch - killing without an IC reason) | JAIL 20+ minutes;
3.1.1 DM in the SZ (Safe Zone) | JAIL 30+ minutes / WARN;
3.1.2 Mass DM (damaging 3 or more players) | JAIL 30+ minutes / BAN 5 days;
3.1.3 Mass DM in the SZ (damaging 3 or more players) | JAIL 30+ minutes / BAN 7 days;
3.1.4 Mass DM (including DB, TK) more than 2 times | BAN-IP;
3.2 DB (DriveBy, VDM - killing without IC reason on any kind of transport) | JAIL 20+ minutes;
3.2.1 Mass DB (damaging 3 or more players) | JAIL 30+ minutes / BAN 5 days;
3.2.2 Mass DB in the SZ (damaging 3 or more players) | JAIL 30+ minutes / BAN 7 days;
3.2.3 DB by malicious transport (Rhino, Hunter etc.) | WARN;
3.3 RK (Revenge Kill - killing a player for the purpose of revenge) | JAIL 20+ minutes;
3.4 PG (PowerGaming - assigning properties to a character that does not correspond to reality) | JAIL 30+ minutes;
3.5 SK (Spawn Kill - killing at the place where the player appears) | JAIL 20+ minutes / WARN;
3.6 TK (Team Kill - killing a member of your faction, teammate) | JAIL 20+ minutes / WARN;
3.7 LTA (Exit the game / escape from arrest / death in water / interior / spawn / escape to the SZ from death) | WARN;
3.7.1 AFK from death/arrest | WARN;
3.7.2 Leaving an RP-process in any way | WARN;
3.9 Escape from punishment | BAN 10+ days;
3.9.1 Exit from the game with the purpose of escaping from punishment | X2 punishment / BAN 10+ days;
3.10 Weapon in the SZ (aim) | JAIL 10 minutes;
3.11.1 Weapon in the SZ (shoot) | JAIL 20 minutes;
3.12 NonRP (ruining an RP-experience) | JAIL 20+ minutes / WARN;
3.12.1 NonRP nickname in the faction on high rank | Verbal warning (through PM) / WARN;
3.12.2 Inappropriate nickname | WARN;
3.12.3 NonRP parking | Verbal Warn (Through PM) / SPVEH / JAIL 10 minutes;
3.12.4 NonRP cop | FKICK / JAIL 20+ minutes;
3.12.4.1 Overusage of taser in gunplay | JAIL 10+ minutes;
3.12.5 NonRP reporter (posting of empty-advertisements or, containing offensive content like insults, or NonRP advertisements in general) | FKICK / WARN;
3.12.6 Ignorance of Fear-RP (operating your character with a taste of real life. It is the concept of roleplaying your character's safety of life, showing fear when dealing with impossible odds) | Verbal warning (through PM) / WARN;
3.12.7 NonRP flying | JAIL 20+ minutes / WARN;
3.12.8 NonRP /rob | WARN;
3.12.9 NonRP /rape /blowjob (Using the Commands without a proper roleplay of /me & /do) | Verbal warning (through PM) / WARN;
3.13 +C to the player | JAIL 20+ minutes / WARN;
3.13.1 +C to the wall / air | Verbal warning (through PM);
3.14 Interfering with the work of the administration | JAIL 10+ minutes / WARN / BAN 2 days;
3.15 Cancellation of the animation in battle | JAIL 20+ minutes;
3.16 Cancellation of the rate of fire | JAIL 20+ minutes;
3.17 Transfer items / money received from twinks to the main account | BAN 30 days;
3.18 PD (PayDay) earning (AFK with / without ESC in any faction with the purpose of getting salary) | KICK / WARN;
3.19 The player is responsible for what happened with his account during the hack/AFK;
3.20 the administrator has the right to KICK you if you stand AFK at home for a long time;
3.21 Streamsniping (use of game information that was received on the stream of another player) | JAIL 30 minutes / WARN;
3.22 Any provocation to commit a murder or shootout in the SZ | JAIL 20+ minutes;
3.23 For complicity in violating any server rules, accomplice receives the same punishment as the violator.
